If you found any broken parts when unload the container, please take video and pictures to us right away, we will in charge of them in 72hours.

If you found any quality defeat, take pictures and we will replaced new one to you.

If you found any shortage, take pictures and we will send you the new one by DHL if necessary.

If we fall short on our promises or you feel let down, Our manage team would dearly like to know about it at once. Our director will personally put right anything that has gone wrong.
