Sherwood Greene was established in 2008 by Chileshe Musonda FRICS. The firm was founded on the basic premise of providing world class property consultancy services in Africa to both the residents of the continent and its foreign investors.
Chileshe Musonda, the company’s Chairman has an extensive experience in Africa conducting property valuations in Zambia, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, Namibia, South Africa and Botswana. His unique experience and training in the UK provides him with a rare opportunity to understand the complex requirements of high profile international clients.

With this background, Sherwood Greene boasts of a unique ability to provide property services in Africa with a special understanding of the continents complex social, political and economic cultures, which can all have a major effect on real estate owned in Africa. OUR OFFICES
In 2010, Sherwood Greene moved into its new head office at one of the prime office properties in Lusaka, Zambia. Zambia is a landlocked country with 9 neighbouring countries, which provide our firm with the strategic location we need to do business in several countries in the region at nominal costs. Our head office is situated in Mukuba Pension House, the former head office for the Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Limited, the country’s largest Copper Mining Company for many years. The choice of this building is deliberate because copper is Zambia’s main economic export and our presence in this building is symbolic of our participation in the country’s economic development.
