# Rental application fee: The landlord will usually take a rental application fee of about $30 a person. Sometimes this can be higher depending on the area you plan to move to. If you take good care of it, then you will get it back. This amount is about the same as one month’s rent.

# Pet deposit: If you are moving into an apartment with your pet, then you will usually have to pay a deposit in order to get this done. The amount that you will need to pay for that is going to depend on the landlord and if you take good care of the apartment and your pet doesn’t destroy it, then you can get that money back.
