A drug called Cenforce 200mg is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), a common condition in which men struggle to get or keep an erection during sexual activity. Sildenafil, the active component of Cenforce, is a member of the group of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. When sexually excited, sildenafil promotes an erection by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing for greater blood flow. It does not produce erections on its own; sexual stimulation is still required for the drug to work.
