We firmly maintain that Perth’s very own superstar baker Tash Brownfield can do no wrong – and her itty-bitty Claisebrook bakery Teeter is definitive proof (pardon the pun). These pastries are mind-bendingly good, and her sausage rolls and almost shockingly flaky pies (laminated with Pepe Saya whey butter) are no exception. Words nor photos can really convey these pastries: you’ll just need to get up early and taste them for yourself.
