Mediatakeout Diddy Video Footage Leaks
A video has surfaced showing Diddy in court for the first time regarding his sex trafficking case. On Wednesday, December 4, MediaTakeOut obtained footage from Puff Daddy's arraignment, which took place on September 17. In the video, Diddy is seen sitting silently next to his attorney in a crowded courtroom while New York Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky reads aloud the charges against him. These include forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, obstruction of justice, and the most serious charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The video captures the moment when the judge asks Diddy's attorney if they’ve reviewed the indictment with him, to which the lawyer confirms. Diddy then rises and pleads "not guilty" when asked if he is ready to enter a plea.
Before this footage emerged, Diddy had only been seen in courtroom sketches following his arrest on September 16.
Currently, Diddy is being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits his trial. Despite several attempts by his legal team to secure his release on bail, Diddy has been denied each time. In a recent ruling, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian rejected Diddy's attorney’s argument for bond, citing concerns about the potential risk to community safety if he were released.
Along with the criminal case, Diddy is also facing over 30 civil lawsuits. These lawsuits, filed by multiple individuals, accuse Diddy and his associates of drugging and sexually assaulting them, with some claims dating back to the late 1990s.
