If you redeemed a Spectrum offer and want to cancel it before it ends, follow these steps to avoid charges:

If you’re still within the offer period

1. Log into your Peacock account.

2. Go to “Upcoming Payments” and click “Cancel Payment.“

3. Review the prompt, then click “Cancel Payment” in the dialog box.

4. You’ll see a confirmation message on the screen.

If your Spectrum offer period has expired.

1. 1. Log into your Peacocktv.com/tv account.

   2. Go to “Plans & Payments” and select “Change or Cancel Plan.”

   3. Choose “Cancel Plan.”

   4. You’ll see a confirmation message on screen. You’ll also get a confirmation email, which may take a few hours.

You must cancel through Spectrum. They handle billing for your Peacock Premium subscription. After cancellation, you’ll still have access to Peacock’s free tier content.

If you’re unsure about your bill, log into your Peacock.com/tv account. Check the ‘Plans & Payments’ section under ‘Your Plan.’ This will show your current method of payment.
