VOC Compliant NPE Free Water Based Citrus Fragrance Phosphate Free Biodegradable Concentrated Directions for use in: Engine, Fender Wells, Grill Work etc... Mix 1 part product to 5 parts water. Spray on surface and allow one minute to penetrate the soil Rinse with high pressure. Directions for use in interior cleaning. Interior Rubber, Vinyl & Plastic Surfaces Mix 1 part product to 10 parts water. Spray on sponge, towel, brush or applicator pad. Wipe on surface and scrub lightly. Dry with a clean towel. Upholstery & Carpeting Mix 1 part product to 15 parts water in a bucket. Agitate mixture to generate foam. Apply foam with soft brush or towel and scrub lightly. Remove excess with extractor or with clean dry towel.
