The sector boasts a workforce of approximately 87% men. Its suicide rates are staggering; thus, the a need to address the niche challenges unique only to this industry.
This article is our attempt at Mental Construct to tackle this pressing problem head-on. It provides a much-needed examination of a critical issue that has severe consequences if left unaddressed and offers potential solutions to mitigate its impact.
